In a post over at iO9.com, they discuss the results of a study done on the searches performed on medical information site DermAtlas which seems to come to the conclusion that an overwhelming number of the searches performed on the site (which was intended to be used as an archive of dermatological conditions and maladies) are likely just people searching for pictures of exposed genitals.
